    Big thank you to Newcastle ARB

    With all the moaning about dealers and retailers that appears on forums, I thought I might take a few mins to say thank you for some top notch service.

    I am in the process of respraying and fitting a ARB deluxe winch bar that a mate gave me (thanks Prado887 ryan !) and I was chasing some fitting instructions, I gave the lads in newy a call and they were all to happy to email me a copy of the instructions.

    Too top that off, as I hand my bar sandblasted the proper ARB emblem was blown off. Once I provided the bar serial number for the bar, they were happy to provide the emblem to me. This arvo Samo dropped into ARB to buy it for me (thanks Samo) and the lads gave it to him for free !

    How is that for great service ! Thanks Newcastle ARB team !!

          Good stuff Matt! IMO, the ARB steel bar is the only way to go.

          Have you had dealings with ARB Newscastle before?

              I think it's Rick Black and Co that own ARB Newcastle and Out of Town 4WD at Barnsley! Their Reputation is good, I have an Uncle from Orange that comes over to Newcastle to utilise their services at both of their stores.
