Everything that I use seems to be working well but something has to be done with the colours. It is a bit YUCK!! Pale pink and pale blue don't turn me on a whole lot I must say for a 4X4 car forum...

Not sure where you are seeing Pale Pink. I'm not colour blind but everything is Steely Blue and Grey to me. I've also had a look in the settings and I can't see any settings that allow you to change the forum appearance.

Steely blue and Grey here too. I think Sunshine is way to in touch with his feminine side ;p

Perhaps a quick spray of this over your screen and keyboard will help.

Don't know where you guys are seeing the grey? Washed out blue and pale pink / dull red here. gotta agree with sunshine colours are yuck.

All the envelopes for the Title of each forum of which there are very many are pale pink on my screen. Have I got a colour problem or are you getting pink too??

Remember this is a 4X4 car site; why even pale blue and grey even if you can't see the pink.!!!

I'm on a calibrated monitor used for commercial photography and there's no pink on any of the screens.

Have a look at this page if you're seeing pink. http://xritephoto.com/ph_toolframe.a...=colorpalettes It's a page of grey only scales so if you see any colour then it's your screen and not PP.
(Clic on Library Colours and then the Neutral tab.)

Library colours I get; green, grey and brown; the 2nd line grey to purple;3rd line; grey, brown, grey, brown and 4th line; shades of grey.
When I click on the Neutral tag I get a series of shades from white to Black; right thru all the greys.
So what does all that mean??

I'm using Firefox 4.0.1 if that might make some difference.

And I have just done the Colour Perception test and rated at 35 in a range from 0 to 1520 and 0 is the best apparently..

It was the closest thing I could find to a control image. If the greys on the neutral page don't look to have a colour cast then your monitor is displaying colours reasonably well.

Avatars are back! at least some of them anyway. Mine just appeared. Good to see the bugs are being ironed out.
