    Graphics program

    Anyone know of a program I can download so I can make a photo small enough for my avatar?

    Preferably for mac but can dig up a pc if I have to.

    There is probably a zillion options, but what I did was go to photobucket.com, upload a photo and then select the option to resize as avatar. Too easy!

        Simple, free and a great file viewer. Not for a Mac though.

          Cool thanks, I have tried infran view before. I can do PC now so will have a squiz. Tried the photobucket option but it would not make the photo small enough.

          Was a large file though. (Taken on Nikon D200).

          I'll try the others and hope for best.

            You could try http://www.adobe.com/ap/downloads/ for PC and Mac versions of Photoshop or Photoshop Elements as trial downloads.

              The best program for this is called GIMP.

              This is a FREE program that will do just about everything Photoshop does.

                How do you do it in MSPaint? I had a look there and could not find any way to change the size and save it? :?
