elastic/rubber holders

OK guys I have been trying to find these elastic clips for a while. I have seen them talked about on 4WD forums before and for the life of me can't seem to find their name on any search engines.
So I'll try and describe them and see if anyone knows what I am trying to find and might be able to help me out with a name or even better somewhere to buy them.

They have a hard base and you pull the rubber/elastic over the object and clip the triangle type part of the strap into the other side of the gadjet.

Yeah I know terrible description!!

I am lookong for them to use as a shovel holder on the original toyota roof rails.

I love these things and have used various sized ones on 4WD and camper trailer.
Available from ARB, Opposite Lock, TJM and Witworths Marine.
Mounted to Awning to hold dune flag.

Mounted to camper to hold telescopic light pole

Mount shovel prior to Rhino Racks

Troy that picture of the CT, was that at Punsand bay? Trailer looks a bit on the grubby side mate, probably didn't need the clamps for the light pole, just stick it to the mud!

The last pic was before the lift and the snorkel as well!

Camper set up at Eddy's place Elim Beach, demonstrating ARB Adventure light mounted to telescopic alloy tent pole fixed to trailer with mini Quikfist.
The trip into Lochart River and Chilli Beach caked on a nice layer of the slimey red stuff.
Would love to be heading up there again this year!
