    Welcome Steve, there really is a wealth of knowledge and experience on this site isn't there.
    My curse about the site is that just when I think I have the Prado all rigged up, someone comes up with another brilliant idea that I just have to have. :roll:

      Hi all,
      I have been reading through the huge amounts of posts on here over the last few weeks and there is lots of valuable information that has been posted. We have bought a 2004 GXL diesel manual and are stoked. Haven't had a chance to take it off road yet but am itching to have a go. Apart from an ARB bullbar and cargo barrier, the car is very stock so now it is time to get in and start setting it up.
      Looking forward to having a chat with people on pp over time.

        I reckon you'll find PP to be very addictive ... and can lead to drastic shrinkage in the wallet region :lol: :lol: :lol:

              My first post, been reading heaps mainly at work, they have broadband and have finished spending money on my bush bike so time to buy a cheap small boat soon.Got 335 000 k's and touch wood still going strong on 97 model petrol 3.4L. Great site and enjoy reading the technical and funny comments.

                    Hi,
                    I have just bought a new Dynamic Blue GXL 4.0 Prado. My neighbour [mototrim] suggested I check out this forum. So far I have fitted a towbar, carpet mats and a stainless spare wheel cover to it. I kept my 2 way, Blue Tongue compressor and recovery gear I had from my old truck (80series TD GXL) I'm going to attemp to keep the mud off the shiny bits for a while at least ie; no bullbar or lift kit planned. :roll:
                    We enjoy a bit of camping, water and snow skiing. We would like to come on a few trips away but we will be in the snow when the next WA weekend is planned.

                      Welcome to the forum Ski-bum, search around the site and I am sure you will have many new projects on the to do list for your sky blue baby.
                      WA seems to have a strong contingency of Prado Pointers around that are willing to help most people in things locally too.
