v6 clutch replacement

Hi Guys can anyone tell me if I have to take the motor out to replace a clutch on a 99 v6 prado or can I get the box out from the bottom.

cost me $1400 @ Toyota.... that's all I know... :-(

never done mine yet but there is no need to remove engine it can be done by removing box . look in the 90 series driveline section i am sure you will find more information there
