Well thanks to Dave for picking up my new Husky 236e (he got one too). Nice little unit that will get a test this weekend. Sounds like its bigger brother which cracks me up. Only has a 14 inch blade and the grunt of something twice its size. Cute little thing has small blade syndrome!!!!!

Not sure but it was only $25 bucks off.plus some free oil and 2 stroke mixer etc. Dave will be back in approx a week and should be able to get the same deal mate if you can wait.

For Fathers day recently my son "bought" me a Stihl MS170 Mini Boss. Nice compact size chainsaw and proving to work really well so far. Starts up nice and easy and runs well. You also get to say when your cutting wood "smell that.... two stroke"

I got a few extra's with mine sharpening kit, and chain oil. I have also bought a 5L Fuel container as its an easy mix combination. As for chopping, I've done a few fire wood orders lately and its running great. I would recommend grabbing a cheap set of paint brush's for what ever Chainsaw you get, they are good for dusting it down after doing some cutting

Here is a photo I took of some my gear and some redwood I chopped up today for some wood work I'm doing soon. Nice thickness and quite a solid wood and all I did is let the saw fall through it with no worries. It is also a good idea to name your chainsaw once you get it, I named mine "Texas"

And this was half of a trailer load I collected a few weeks back, had to get a photo of her first load of kills'
