Some post install feedback. I got one of the right drop baintech panels installeld. This one. plus an andersen plug.
It fits neatly in the left rear side panel in the boot behind the removalable flap and is wired to my dual battery. I mounted it horizontallay at the top of the openeing, so I can still put little things underneath it. Nice and neat.
Steve did a great job at Kedon auto electrics and I have to say he was extremly well priced (cheaper than I was expecting)

I was looking at the very same units earlier this week as well as the Baintech Cruiser Panel, although I'm not that keen on the analogue meters. Could you please post a pic of your baintech panel mounted in the side panel? I'm looking to do the very same thing....

              No problems Craig,
I initally looked at the Cruiser panel but it does not fit that well into the rear of the prado and secondly I did not like the analog meters. I used the smaller baintech instead , it is neat, pre wired and I still have some use of that space. ( just swivel the voltmeter 90 degress so you can read it easily like I did) I also have deflators, an inflator and a torch also tucked in there as well.

Here is the baintech installed including an andersen plug.

And once the cover is on this is all you see.

              Cheers
