  • Need help keeping Spiders & Cob Webs off cars and mirrors

Anyone got some ideas here, I'm loosing my mind here, almost daily I have to wipe cob webs from spiders off my side mirrors and any other surface they buggers think they can weave a web!

Its happening on the Prado as its parked outside. Any have some ideas on what I can do to stop the spiders trying to take over the outside of the Prado??

i have the same problem . i just use a big can of spider be gone . just be careful that you don't leave it on for too long . some sprays can damage the mirror or painted surfaces if you leave them on for too long .

Spray around the mirror part with some Surface Spray. Mortein have one that has a tube attachment, perfect for the job!

Spray Mortein behind the mirror glass and tape a plastic bag over the whole mirror to keep the spray in. Works a treat every time.

If you wipe away a spider web, the little bastard will come out of it's hole the next night and build another web.

A blast of surface spray behind the mirror, into the hole, etc, will kill it.

Or wait until night time, shine a torch into the web and the spider will be sitting there waiting for food, instead, you will be giving it a blast of spray into it's 6 eyes.

          Yowie.
