Snow bound Prado

Hi All,

Saw this Prado in Nozawa Onsen, Japan about 2 weeks ago and thought it may be of interest. I did get to see it driven a very a short distance (actually, nearly ran into it at the bottom of the mountain at the end of the day) and I dont think it would be a good long distrance tourer. I could see a few peolpe here making the most of the longer foot print and extra clearance in the bush.





Genuine Toyota option ?

There were a few Hi Aces and a Surf in the same place on the mountain. Very impressive where they went on snow, made it look sooooo easy. The Prado was parked outside a pensione we looked at staying in but was talked out of, maybe next time.......

I saw a similar setup on a 100 series at the Sydney motor show a few years ago .It was on the Toyota stand then, looks the go if you get around in the snow

Awesome! I think some of the SA Crew could have done with some of these on the beach this weekend whilst on their GTG Recce!
