    Tapatalk

    I have started to use Tapatalk on my iPad for some forums. The app shows that the Pradpoint forum is availablle but it won't let me sign in - gives an error message that says that the User Group does not have permission to sign in.

    Noticed that some members are using Tapatalk so wondering what I am doing wrong.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    you see the little dollar sign next to some of the users names?? you don't have it. Hence no tapatalk.
    you need to be a paid up member to be able to have the privelage of using tapatalk.

      Hi Willy

      Tapatalk access is limited to subscribers. There is an area where oyu can subscribe for a year and get a free calendar as well

        Thanks for the replies. Don't think it's worth $55 a year to be able to use Tapatalk...the browser works well on the iPad. Willy

          It's not just for Tapatalk, I don't use it.

          It's more a case of ensuring that anybody can access the Forum. After all, what do you get for nothing these days?
          If you look close enough, you will see that there is always a cost & I am happy to share that cost along with others,
          so all can benefit.

          PS. By the way, it is a great calendar that is produced, through the talents & efforts of many.

              Im a payed up member but still no calendar ! But I guess ill get 2013 calendar I hope.

                I don't know if anyone else is finding this but after the latest update to Tapatalk, when I launch it I get the following message:

                'Tapatalk API is expired. If you're the admin of this community please update Tapatalk API to the latest version. Thank you.'

                    It's only been happening since Tapatalk updated this morning Craig. The other thing the new version did was to ask me to create a Tapatalk account - not seen that before either.

                        Yes I got that message too. What version of Tapatalk do you have? I have both Tapatalk & Tapatalk 2 , but I only use the 1st one as I didn't like the 2nd!

                              I was just playing around with the settings in V4 and it says that the notifications are disabled because the Tapatalk API for thw forum is out of date.
