  • Rooftop Tent Rack and Awning mounting advice

Hey guys, I've done a search but nothing really has come up to answer my question. I installed a powerful 4x4 roof top tent rack on the weekend (PITA by the way!) and now I have to mount my awning L brackets to it.
Does anyone have any ideas or photos for mounting an awning on a rack like this? I'm trying not to drill into the rack just yet, thinking more the lines of using some sort of clamp(s).
    Cheers

But are you going to mount a RTT onto the rack?

Those fourtrek mounts will clamp around the tube but I think it will interfere with the RTT. How is the RTT getting attached?

Can you just use some 2 hole plates on the inside of the rack and bolt the awning to them.

Have you got a rooftop tent yet? If not I have one instock atm and can help you mount them all up.

Thanks for the offer 4wdsupplies but I've got a RTT now. Can I ask what do you mean by inside of the rack?

At this point in time I may just use the RTT mounting rails which has the holes already marked. Not an ideal scenario, but I think it'll do for the time being.
