Yeah macaroon1, RACQ discount is on retail price, not on top of already discounted price. The 25% off is a good time to buy hard parts as they are not often on sale. Things like brake pads, timing belts/kits, radiator hoses, drive belts etc will often be close to if not below a good trade account holders price. At 25% discount oils are generally at or below cost price.
