Well the missus has backed into something and crunched the rear bumper again. For the fourth time!!! This time a fire hydrant! At my wits end. Just wondering if anyone else has a missus who drives this poorly?

I purchased my wife a car that was pre-scratched/dented on purpose... She loves it as there is no way I can complain when she comes home with new damage.

She sounds special just like mine,every car she has had she has damaged it. Never hit anybody else or their car she just has a habit of hitting posts,fences, gates. She tells me it is never her fault and the post should never been put there in the first place and even though it was bright yellow she just did not see it. We have a good relationship with our prefered repairer ,have the insurance policy with the max no claim benefit protected for life. I no longer argue or get the sh!!s with her now days as it s just not worth the grief.
She just got a new Mazda CX5 which has a reverse camera so it will be interesting to see if she hits anything with this car.
As to your question does anyone want her ? Why would i when mine can drive like yours,unless she has some other talent

Mate that's why i drive everywhere so that if, for example, the car nosedives the ground after going down a mound and pushes the bullbar into the flares, i've got no one to blame... except maybe the person i was following

She has written off the Commodore, and drove into a carpark, collecting the roof rails on the Prado, denting the roof.

Yep, my wife backed into another car in my previous Prado, so installed sensors and a camera, so she promptly reversed into a post
This is not long after she backed out of our driveway in her car and collected a car driving past our house.
So far in my new Prado she's only backed into one post and she wonders why I wouldn't let her drive it down to Perisher by herself and the daughter, so, I've had to take time off work again to go with them.
I honestly believe she only uses the mirrors to check her make up

My wife's car is called Elvis. If we are going some where I will ask, are we taking the prado or Elvis. Reason been is its had just as many hits. Must admit only one was her mistake the rest has been some one else hitting from behind, running over an alloy wheel that come off a mazda CX7 just after it was serviced in the pissing down rain and wheel was facing up so no shiny alloy to see and dark road, friggin new when it hit that lol. She likes to call the prado her car, ha ha ha ha lololol no friggin chance, luckily she refuses to take it to Penrith plaza as she is worried she will hit some thing with it, and she couldnt be bothered with me going off when she got home. She did scuff my rim on my old VX S pack Supercharged Commodre we bought new. Reckons the gutter was higher then normal, my reply was what the F### does that have to do with the height, its how close you obviously were to the gutter. Must admit I scratched her wheel on her toyota on our sandstone capping but was replaced when her car hit the CX7 wheel so that doesnt count, didnt cost me anything lol...........Cheers Steve

Seems like you guys need to park the cars so they can just drive out forward. My wife did back her one week old Kakadu into our letterbox....four camera's and rear sensors is just not enough?
