            There is more to it than bullbars. I am sure there are plenty of fridges, dual battery kits, UHF radios, recovery gear etc.
            Plus a chance to meet a fellow PP'er

              Who buys a bullbar at a sale and takes it home on the same day anyway?

              In fact only about 1% of people wouldn't have ARB fit their bar.

                  Attended the last one in SA and caught up with our major sponsor as well as other ppers, Redarc reps and others.

                  Definitely a good day out and usually free hot dogs.

                  Get out there, support those that support us and enjoy the day at the same time guys.

                    Went along for a look n spend today, the usual ARB demo vehicles on display, a few other companies showing their products or tours, a sausage sanga courtesy of the Blue Mts 4x4 club. I was on the hunt for a replacement fridge as my 13year old engel had died a few weeks back [with a $650 rebuilld cost] and picked up a 47lt ARB fridge for $999. This seemed an ok price in comparison with an engel replacement, although i do feel like a traitor after only having engels over the last 25 plus years and the original green one is still going. I also picked up a safari snorkel for $362 which i was happy with, so an expensive morning but i think that what open days are for.
                    When leaving i was followed down the road by a good looking white 120s with a host of accessories and also sporting a pradopoint sticker but not sure whom it may have been.

                      I was around that way to today with my white 120. I think I am the good looking driver you saw.
                      2008 Diesel Prado with extra stuff added. I drive it on the road and other places too.

                        Could have been me. Didn't see anything that caught my interest or I didn't already have. Had a yarn with the Coopers guy who was annoyed with all the cheaper grey imports with no warranties.

                        Jim.
                        [SIZE=1]Cheers Jim.

                          I was there from 12.30 to about 2.30, didn't see any PP stickers but then again I didn't walk up and down the road looking for them.
                          Had a chat to PradoBB and some other friends. Bought a 47L fridge and cover and a couple of shackles. Great snag sandwich and then home time.
