Constantly. It is a design fault in that the lock shaft with plastic tips that slides into the holes on ether side is not a snug fit and the fridge and slide have a few mms to rock back and forth.

Great write up. I have a question, does yours rattle like crazy? Missed the posts above, so I can tell you after my 6500k trip I am ready to throw it out the window.

I dont keep mine in the vehicle all the time so only use it when camping. I drove 5,000kms through the Pilbara last year and never noticed any rattle - but then my kids do reckon I'm deaf and most of the driving was off road .

However, I do know that the rattle has been a common complaint, but I came across a fix on another forum that seemed to please everyone who followed these instructions.

Ok I had the same problem with the rattle but an easy fix but a little finicky.

You will see that both side walls that pull out one wont touch the frame that is bolted onto your drawers the other will this is where you rattle is.

Find which one it is and GENTLY pull the frame 10 mm should be enough in the opposite direction

Do it correctly and rattle will miraculously disappear and then just have to stop the handle rubbing oci strap sorts that out

I contacted MSA about issues with the handle not locking into position properly, they got straight back to me and said they would look into the design but in the mean time told me to drill extra holes in the frame to reposition the clamp. When I asked how that would affect warranty they told me there would be no problems if I had a problem. I found dealing with them very easy and accommodating.
