  • Random senseless acts

I am so pissed off ...     ... and need to vent.

I just got back from picking Tyler up from his church youth group (9.45 pm Fri night) .. and, on the way home, some lowlife decided to ditch a bottle at my car.

I didn't see anything ... just heard this enormous explosion ... and then the air rushing in through the open side of the car.

What was really unusual was that Andre didn't come with me. He's been a bit chesty over the last couple of days and I left him at home. He loves his seat in the back back ... and would normally be sat right next to the destroyed window. ... and had I been doing 69 instead of 70 I would be sat at the hospital right now as the bottle would have gone through Tyler's window.

I've reported it to the Police, reported it to the insurance company and gone back out driving the side streets ... just to have a polite chat with any delinquent scumbags I could find ... but I'm still so pissed off.

According to the Police this was the third such report tonight from Perth suburbs. I simply cannot understand what gratification exists in these scumbag's minds ... and there is certainly nothing in our legal system that changes their minds. Perhaps its time to re-introduce PAIN and FEAR

    Thanks for letting me vent.

    Cheers

    Sorry to hear that chippy.
Glad that no one was hurt and i agree the justice system is CRAP and they know it they just choose not to fix it unless it effects one of them directly.
Sorry for those do gooders out there but its time for an eye for an eye, boot camp or the likes.
These little shits have no fear or remourse for the damage they inflict on individuals or there property and should be delt with as to put a bit of fear into there own lives to see what it tastes like.

Vent all you have to chippy. God knows I'd have to. Think it's all been said already but there really is an issue with d***heads around at the moment! Again, sorry to see the damage but glad there's no personal injury. Good luck

          Geez!

Chippy, I agree that you and family were very lucky to escape injury. So so easily could have turned out worse. Luckily for that brainless neanderthal, you are all ok. What goes around, comes around. If not in this life.... then the next. I'm glad no one got hurt.

I'm not sure exactly whats going on, but Perth has been having increasing trouble with louts, slugheads, empty minded neanderthals, and amphetamine fuelled dropouts for some time now. Just the other day I had to slam on my brakes at a roundabout as an oonse-oonse, smoke billowing old corolla or something lazily coasted through. No frikkin idea I was there.

Some sort of demographic cancer is at work I suppose. A few months ago now a dopey faced, empty headed, space for rent, early 20's nimwit sent a football square into my drivers side door while parked. Gave him a serve but you could tell he neither cared about what he'd done nor registered my anger. Simply a "duhhhhh sowwwy". Where do these brain replaced, dope worshipping, zombie fragwits come from? Wherever it is, I'll buy them a ticket so they can go back there!

I'll bring a baseball bat along if you need any help with your next fragwit search!

What a frightening experience. We're so glad no one in the car was hurt.

Society is scary these days, politicians and so called "do-gooders" have a lot to answer for. The teenagers and early 20's today (the so called Generation Y) are the ones who "knew their rights" at school and told you so. They are the first ones of the generation children are seen and, unfortunately, definitely heard. They have no respect for themselves let alone any one else. We owe them don't you know. They make me sick. We've all had to work hard for what we have and what we want, would never dream of destroying someone else's property in the meantime. This lot expect it all on a silver platter. I apologise for this rant to the few Gen Y's that don't fit in to this category, you are a rare breed.

Chippy, we hope your car gets fixed very quickly, and again, are very glad no one in the car was hurt.

Likewise, sorry to hear that you had to go through that experience.

But, I can tell you that this problem is not only confined to Perth or Australia, it's all over the world!

This dickheads are hopeless and words cannot describe my feelings for them!

Just take it in the chin and tell yourself that it could have been worse.

              Cheers.

Thanks for the support and for letting me vent.

I sat there most of the night trying to identify the other noise I had heard just before the bang. I found it this morning ... there's a ding in the passenger side front quarter panel - and a chunk of missing paint - from a bit of metal that must have been thrown at the same time. This bit missed the windscreen only by inches.

I keep calm by thinking it could have been so much worse.

As for these bottom feeding scum from the shallow end of the gene pool .. I know them well ... I teach them 5 days a week ... and I have never seen so many water-tight cases for the retrospective neutering of the idiots whose casual acquaintance spawned them. Our do-gooder system is to blame for most of it. As a high school deputy principal I am allowed to suggest that their behaviour is inappropriate or send them home for a holiday. Anything else and I'm answering a misconduct charge and my job is on the line

[/descends from soapbox ... again]

Must thank Novus in Mandurah. My insurance mob sent me down there ... and, of course, they don't stock these sort of specialist windows ... so they've ordered a replacement for Monday and made up a temporary perspex replacement and fitted it on the spot.

                Cheers

Chippy, let us not forget that PAIN and FEAR are registered trademarks of Chuck Norris's right and left fists... Maybe we should all pitch in for a plane ticket for him to cleanse the neighbourhoods of lowlifes...

Mate, I know how you feel. I work for the police and this sort of thing happens every day. Unfortunately, while the politicians are happily sitting in their ivory towers, this sort of thing will continue. Living in Brisbane it is not uncommon to only have 40 or so police officers looking after 2-3 million people at night. Is it any wonder how these scumbags can act with near-impunity.

I can't understand why the pollies don't want to push for harsher sentencing and treatment of offenders, surely there are more votes in that than leniency...

Mate, glad no-one was hurt and the car wasn't TOO badly damaged.

                    OK ....

Bek spent many years studying Ninjukai Taijutsu including training under Shihan John Ang 6th Dan. She was working her way through proficiency with a range of weapons when she and her brother went into business running their own Dojo's - one in Melville and one in Rockingham.

Then kids came along and training with swords etc ceased to be as interesting when 8 months pregnant

My job is to occasionally find her a roaming mob of fragwits (great word IP ... I love it) and bait them. Then when they attack I just step aside and let her get it out of her system. It's much like having piranha as pets ... every so often they need to eat flesh

                    Cheers

Glad that no one was injured, it could have been so much worse. I had a simillar thing happen to me a few years ago in Melbourne. Sadly it is widespread these days and there isn't much that can be done legally.

                            That SUCKS.

Years ago we came out from watching the speedway to find a similar looking window on our car in the carpark, rear qtr window on our mitsubishi starwagon. grrrrrrr Tasmania = cold drive home..
                            Same deal.
No one stocks these rear windows so had to go original, $$$$$$$ so insurance called in.
Reminds me of my safari in Africa. Somebody forgot the corkscrew and for several days we had to live on nothing but food and water.

Yep ... Insurance isn't real happy at the moment.

After our trip, and a few WA PP days out, my windscreen had accumulated 7 stone chips and one of them had turned into a metre long crack across the screen. Time for my free replacement.

That was Friday. When the guy was taking it out he dropped it, with the mirror still attached and broke the mirror ... which was also replaced.

                              Now this one. ops:

By my count that's THREE right. I'm sure its THREE.

                              Cheers
