Toyota has recalled 7.4 million cars worldwide, including 298,000 vehicles in Australia. The recall is due to a fault with the master window switch on the driver's side which appears to be "notchy or sticky" according to Toyota. The fault can become a fire hazard when any sort of lubricant is applied in an attempt to solve any stickiness.
