D4D in various models

I've been in Europe and was surprised to see a RAV4 and a Toyota station wagon with the D4D badge .
I also saw a 95 2 door with a D4D , that's a strange one as I didn't think the 95 had a D4D ?

yes ross the d4d did come out in the 90 series over seas but never made it 2 Aus typical we only get it 10 years later like the 1kz in the hiluxs
