I saw a new 200 series on the weekend without the factory roof bars, but instead with what looked like a solid lower profile (alloy?) strip in their place running the length of the roof - it looked like it was sporting NASCAR roof flaps. They appeared to be about 3/4 the height of the factory roof bars but only about 5mm thick.
I convinced myself that my eyes had played a trick on me, but on the way home last night I saw a 120 with exactly the same thing on it. I googled the hell outta it last night to no avail.
Does anyone know what these are or what they're part of... or even what I'm rabbiting on about?
