I'm getting a Tigerz tent rack and would like to colour code it as a DIY project, anyone have any experience in colour coding accessories or any advice?

Have a look at the vehicle config plate, it will have the paint code on it, then you just need to go to a place that will colour match the paint (ie, Autobarn) they should be able to put it into a pressure pack, so you can spray it yourself, just remember to get enough for any touch ups later on down the track. Alternitively, you can just leave the rack as is, the colour will be Saturn Black, this colour is very easy to get at any hardware, and auto stores.
