  • Tigerz11 bullet tent

    Has anyone come in contact with one of these yet?

    I really liked the Black Wolf turbo tents but thought they were lacking in window area. This Tigerz11 ripoff has heaps of window space. The frame looks a bit on the weak side though.

    The Fly looks pretty pointless too with no protection around the windows against the any rain. Have a look at the Coleman instantup series. Like yourself Mike, as much as I love the BW Turbo tents, I cant justify the cost for the frequency that I would be using one, hence why I am also looking at alternatives...

      Cant help with the tigerz, however I was tempted by the price of the Coleman. Fortunately BCF have a good returns policy. The issues for me with the Coleman were;
      It leaked, throughout he mesh ceiling, even just condensation of the inside of the fly.
      The bag was poor quality.
      And in my opinion, it was quite cumbersome to pack up.

      But sorry back on topic.

          I was looking at the Tigerz11 Bullet tent today and comparing it to the Oztrail 240 Blitz from Ray's Outdoors. I think the Oztrail one has a better fly system and coverage over the windows when it's raining but I haven't seen either up close. The Tigerz11 Bullet tent is on special at the moment for $399 including delivery so I'm keen to hear from anyone who has actually used one or had a real close look at it.
