Does anyone know exactly which traction or stability controls come standard with a 2008 kdj120 GXL auto?

Depends on whether you have an option pack or not.

Look at the transfer lever, if all it has is H N L and a push button to lock the centre diff then you have traction control, If it has H N HL LL then it is a standard GXL with no traction or stabilty aids. Centre diff is locked using the lever and for what its worth you will have a LSD, but that is not of much use.

    Cheers Andrew

Nice meaningful question and a good pinchy answer. i tried to come up with the same question the other day and did not get the answer i was looking for.
so this should also be true for 90 series? mine has only H-HL-N-LL with no buttons. is it possible to turn off the ABS? i do not have buttons but could do it mechanically? all it does is Dwingtrrrrrrrrdwnnnng noice and nicelly slides to the target which i am on the collision course.... with compacted snow, steering is out of the question...
