Sorry guys but anyone who's bought one recently can you tell me where can I get one quickly and at reasonable price with around 200 min talking time that I could use anywhere (pacific ocean)

My brothers marine radio broke down and he is currently stuck on one of the French Polynesian islands and needs something that will work.
Is isatphone pro the go?
