Just had my waeco fridge slide installed and the mechanism seemed to be working well, when I used it when on level ground.
Lifted the slide control and it just slid out and stayed out .
However, parked with the rear of vehicle uphill and slide would not lock into place when control lever was released.
Noticed that the raised section, towards front of slide, which I take it is meant to stop fridge sliding back was about 1/2inch towards front of vehicle.
This meant that lever at back end of fridge was not engaging with the raised section when slide control was released.
Has anyone had this problem, and how was it overcome?
