  • Awning for a 120

I'm looking to purchase an awning for my 120. I don't know which one yet, as I know there's a lot to choose from. What I would like to know ... you guys with 120's, which size works best for you? 2.5 long & 2mts out, or 2mtrs long & 2.5 out? Which is the better configuration?

I have 2.5 long on mine, and would almost say it is too long against the body, but would brace better in the wind than the other way. That said, I am very happy with the 2.5m long ARB awning.

I have the 2,5 long by 2.0 out. 2.5 out would be fine if your always under it it the middle of the day when the sun is directly above but this isn't always the case for me. Also we were on Straddy one day when it was Pisling down and we had 7 adults comfortably underneath the awning staying dry while the kids were swimming. The alternative is get a 2.5 x 2,5 made by a local manufacturer.

2.5m long for me. It also seems to be more choice of awning in this configuration. It means longer coverage of the doors and when rolled up, the diameter is smaller rolling up 2m than 2.5m.

There were a few different awnings mentioned in this thread
