Mechanic Recommendations - Brisbane Northside

Afternoon All

Can any of the SEQ crew recommend a mechanic who can do standard services as well as trip prep services on Brisbanes northside.
My only dealings have been with Scifleet and now I'm out of warranty I'd prefer to go elsewhere.
I'm NW Brisbane (Everton Hills) - Gary Head has been recommended before but has now semi-retired and isn't taking new work.

I've always had a lot of trust in these guys and had great feedback from ppl that I have sent there.

Craig also has owned a few Prado's (and now has a 150) so he can't be too bad.

I just started using newman mechanical at geebung for my wifes car and was very impressed.

Hutch- Prado 2012 petrol with the TJM Catologue.

I see mr mechan-x at brendale. The bloke there is a good mechanic, owners name is Mark and he works on the cars himself, hes always serviced my familys cars and is very honest and reasonably priced.

I would suggest a quick post trip review also just to capture anything that was damaged during the trip but not always obvious.

This might also include another wheel alignment

I use Frank from Precision Automotive @ Brendale (3881 1477), genuine guy, loves his 4bys. He's seviced mine from 160k and did its 280k other week, always keeps me informed and suggests options if he feels there is a better way. I've been using him for over 12yrs and have never had a complaint.

I am also after any recomendations of a Mechanic around the Everton Park /Stafford or Ennogera areas or near to here. Both my daughters have moved here and we need to find someone to do the Safety check to transfer rego and also a reliable mechanic who can do honest servicing,. Dad has always organised these tasks but now the girls will have to arrange this themselves. Dad will still be paying though.

Someone tipped me Samford Automotive. They are at Arana Hills which is about a suburb away from Everton Park.
I'm yet to use them but have checked out the workshop and the owner seemd to know his stuff.

Hiya not sure if this info is all still current after a service on our 150 hubby is away so I have to sort it. We are in north lakes and have no idea where to go. Phoned up torque toyota north lakes they were less than helpful... It's only ever been serviced by toyota... Any recommendations or advice would be great. Due for service at 53,000km which is what the sticker says

My personal experience with Ultratune Geebung has been really good, although it wasn't with my Prado as it still get's Toyota's fix priced servicing which is hard to beat. I have no affiliation with them apart from being a customer and only recommend them because they have gone above and beyond for me in the past.
