Never underestimate these things, they are a little rocket ship if you do the right things to them, it was my little rally car. Top speed was 190kph, 0-100 was done in 7-8 sec, to this point I think it still holds the unofficial record for traveling from Port Douglas to Cairns in 15 mins. But to do that now days would be silly...lol97 VX Grande, with front & rear air lockers, ARB Sahara winch bar with tigers 11 winch, 2" EFS lift, 265/75/16 Achilles Desert hawk XMT, and more.

I have a mate with one. He diced the motor and about 500kg of useless metal and put an electric motor in the car. Faster, quicker than than the stock car. Can smoke rubber in 2nd gear.Originally posted by kav View PostWhy were you driving a 3 cylinder charade? Did you lose a bet ?Dave

Never been so easy to hook up trailers.2011 150series GXL

Clutch is all good, I used low range gears instead of high range and my endless air compressor was able to keep the air up to the trailers very easy.
Roo, I did a change over for the return leg and as a result the trailers were empty. Full or nont l don't notice the extra weight. 3in exhaust helps. Wish I the chip still. Would have been handy for the hills thou.Winston.

The look on the bystanders faces was priceless. Shame about the lack of sound, hearing the thing self destructing would of been musical!Originally posted by Piggy View PostMy Rig: 150 GXL D4D, Tough Dog adjustable suspension with 60mm lift, Polyair bags, ARB Winch Bar, Warn Winch with Dynamica Rope, Outback Ideas recovery points, GME UHF, HID Low/High Beam, Lightforce Genesis HID Spots, Dual Battery Setup with rear power outlets, ARB air compressor in engine bay, ~30L Watertank mounted behind fueltank.
