Interesting that a product magazine can write a product review that is scathing of a product but forum comments posted by members can be attacked through the courts.

There are times when our legal system boarders on farcical (oops - might get sued for that).

At the end of the day the internet is not controlled by anyone or anything as is its content.

I doubt anything will come of this. Maybe its time for some proper freedom of speech legislation.

I wonder if the forums servers are located overseas... Then they would really have no chance as the content is not even held in the country. We need a lawyer to come in here and explain things
