Login problem

Hi, can anyone help pls. Lately, I notice that I have to explicitly login to PP, even though when I login, I tick the check-box to auto login in the future. For some reason the auto-login seems to be disabled (it used to work for me). Has anyone else had this problem??

Mine used to work until I had to change the way cookies were handled in order to logon to my salary packaging (secure site) account.

Now its all manual. IE remembers the username and password. I have to click into the username box .. enter the first letter or double click .. and the drop down box comes up with my username. Select it and the password is automatically filled in.

But that's the best I can get until I figure out how to get the two kids to play nicely together

there's free version that remembers up to 10 logins, then you pay if you want more.

I don't understand. I am a member of other forums where the auto login works fine. At PP it also worked OK whren I started, only in the last few days has it decided to forget who I am. :?

x2 works for me on other forums but not on PP

My old computer was running W-2000. It died a few weeks ago and I am currently using my work laptop. It is running XP. I found that now the auto-login works again. :?:

The first thing to do is clean out your cookies and temp internet files, sometimes a little housekeeping frees stuff up and stuff like that works again after your next log in. It's also one of the first things I do when I get the dreaded red X instead of pics everywhere

Same here, auto has worked for the last 2 years, since day 1, now it wont recognise me. Must be my computer though, as my work computer & work laptop still works auto.

I've found that deleting the short cut, entering PP the long way, logging in and saving a new shortcut helps. Something to do with a corrupted shortcut??
