I have 120 v6 auto prado after washing and then parking for 3 or-4 weeks when you put in to drive won't move then after doing drive and rev still feels like it is being held back then if you give it a bit it brakes free any ideas no.

Yep - don't put the hand brake on after a wash OR perhaps go for a drive round the block to stop the stickin'.
You'll need to put it in drive then reverse a few times to get her to unstick.
