Apparently it's not PC to say that everyone at most communities in central and northern Australia has at least one communicable disease. Most have more than two and many have three. And this includes new born babies. When a 13 year old gives birth and the father is 35 years old, and the crisis care people will not isolate the girl because DCP don't believe the mother and child are in imminent danger, then there is definitely something wrong with society. And we routinely have kids as young as 10/11 dropping joeys to men 2 and 3 times their age. And when the "women" don't "put out" then the men go and rape the babies and younger kids. And DCP won't keep the kids at risk away from the families - the same families from where the predators come from. They say it's normal. Everyone yelled when Johnnie Howard sent in the intervention. People should be yelling now if only they knew what conditions prevail out in the lands and outside of the big cities across this land.

As I said I have no clue how you stop it when it's socially accepted as a culture personally it's NOT acceptable under any circumstances but thats the mentality we have to deal with...............

They're harping on in the media about the senseless violence fuelled by alcohol and the "coward punch." It's more than alcohol though, the violence we see on an ever increasing scale is the result of drugs. People are getting stoned and popping all sorts of home made concoctions and then hitting the pubs and night-spots. You only have to listen to the pathetic excuses put forward when these low-lifes eventually get before the court and offer a plethora of bad childhoods, beatings, sex abuse and drug taking. And, unbelievably, the magistrates listen to this drivel and the result is reduced sentences. We see it over here a lot where the scumbags walk away from court with suspended sentences and supervision orders. The thing is, nobody actually supervises these people to a level where they are deterred from re-offending. It's a joke.

Hehehe I don't know about you, but entering court they should have played circus music in the background to set the mood for the up coming proceedings lol lol yes couldn't agree with you more.

Sadly court is a sterilized environment adjudicated from the comfort and safety of an armchair in stark contrast to the ugly raw scenes deliberated over. These armchair magistrates and judges have their degrees but usually have limited real world experience where they are at times very out of touch, most have never faced an angry man nor seen the devastation that offenders leave behind 3D - talking smells, cleaning up the real ugly mess, dealing with victims and their families and the raw emotions that can't be captured or relayed of victims to the court. These same magistrates have the opportunity for many an adjournment where they can have a break from it all, or compose themselves and deliberate, or give the offender time to get himself together a courtesy sadly never extended to his victim! Sadly our system is all about the rights of the offenders where the victim and society come last (Lots I could write here but I'll keep it short).

The "cowards punch" and violence on our streets to me is attributed to everything BUSHBASHER has said being both drugs and alcohol but there are major contributing factors here that we as a society have let happened through:-
1) political correctness:- has gone to far where it has now suppressed logic where common sense has no place. People are too scared to say anything due to litigation or ridicule, so this repressive atmosphere where proper solutions to a problem is railroaded by a few civil rights that have no grasp on reality or the situation at hand, yet will dictate to the majority their safety and security.
2) No one is held accountable or responsible for their actions in our society there is always excuses (sorry had to grab that whip and flog that dead horse again! Lol) - we as a society has trained them, this generation coming up on the streets do not take responsibility for their actions, excuses are abundant and also readily accepted, no lawful chastisement at homes, schools with no boundaries set, with no causes or consequences for negative behavior or so limited that it had no affect. Courts also don't even sentence as a deterrent to these specific incidences!
2b) Courts out of touch or disconnected from their community, no proper sentencing or deterrents for behaviour.
3c) responsible serving of alcohol:- Bars need to be accountable on 3 strike system after accumulating 3 strikes (like assault/fight/drunk) within 6month period. They receive a fine with their closing hours going back to 12am for 6months with 2 extra RSA officers, if they perform they get to go up by an hour every six months till back to original License closing time. If they get 3 strikes again heftier fines back to 12 am for 1 year with increments yearly but this time half hourly per year. Fair? of course, I know a bar in Sydney CBD, Personally know owners - stays open to 1am Friday & Saturday trading near ten years - never a single incident of violence but they take RSA very seriously and yes they are very busy, so no excuses (oops accountable and responsible again). They have a license to 3am but voluntary choose not to open that late.
3d) transport system to get drunks off streets and home instead of accumulating or lingering by poor or backed up transport systems.
3) Judicial system (laughable) needs a serious overhaul:- following NEW changes:-
a) offender: has no right to silence, if he tells the truth he is entitled between 10% to 30% discount off the offense mandatory sentence - dependent on truth and remorse, if he lies increase of 10% to 30% accordingly to his actions. Oh we reinstall common sense back into Judicial system. Ie: If criminal convicted embezzling $10 million by fraud - well a condition is not released until ALL monies are FULLY accountable for (he talks) - non of this 4 years and money never recovered crap!!!
b) convicted offenders where appropriate are asset stripped to repay victims and/or offset prison boarding costs. They are now accountable for damages or losses by their actions including repaying insurances so our premiums now go down dramatically (see the reverse here decent folk shouldn't have to be financially punished by the actions of offenders). If minor offense not goal-able they can voluntarily work to pay it off or alternately enter goal system (the new one that no one wants to go to) of there own volition for agreed time to repay debt, choice is offenders (we are empowering them, teaching them to be accountable). For example:If kid graffiti a wall that costs $1500 to repair, then he has to repay that debt from legal means of work. or "coward punch" coma victim for 3 months costing $250k as well as victim compensation, well he not only has he his mandatory goal time but he also has to repay that debt - we do accept families to sell assets here like family home repay victim and state up 80% of costs owing - but offender must pay minimum 20% of monetary debt (so rich kids also feel accountable to and have to work!!). So families now also put pressure on good behaviour of little Johnny.
c) goals are now a deterrent: systematic process of 1)hard labour, 2) rehabilitation and education 3) reintroduction to society
d) convicted offenders all wear a coloured gps coded collars even on release so prison officers then later members of public know if a pedophile (pink), violent (red), druggie (yellow) etc is near by their family and can choose to move (decent folk are a priority and protected). Also we constantly gps track them. So if we receive a Break and Enter we can see if any ex con was there, then pick them up. Remember their actions caused them to loose their rights now we are actively trying to protect the innocent and society at large. Minor offenses after 2 years collar removed relative to good behavior. (Federal system so no matter where they go in Australia, the collars goes too
Xx) convicted persons can't leave Australia they loose passport rights unless for military service in combat zone.
e) new goal system run Federally - funded by all states including federal proportionally, that includes new segregated stages and specialist goals, (druggies in one, violent in other, newbie in one, traffic in one, recidivist other, lifers in other, death row (these are for the ones beyond a reasonable doubt, the ones that are pure animal, no remorse the nasty killers BUSHBASHER, DAVY, COPS OR EX's know exactly the ones I'm talking about kill a kid with out batting an eyelid unless you've met these guys you have no idea, Anita coby murders etc they are nothing even close to normal so don't judge them on your standards as they have none of them. They are no longer a cost or burden on society, government picks up tab here repaying victim and damages). This way they ALL get specialist attention and education that's relevant and meaningful. Here's the catch they all do a component of hard labour (very basic facilities, no TV, no Internet, no air con, work all day, no family or friend contact, basic food with all nutrients vegetables, no sugars or any junk food etc) Why? because Goal is a deterrent now it's not a place you want to go. Then they proceed to stage two once they have behaved and served that component of their sentence satisfactory. Then they are being re educated appropriately or given life skills, ie; bricklaying, how to run a business, or work ethics etc accountability and responsibility is driven through this whole system, no excuses here....... Oh letters to family and friends allowed now in this stage
e) shaming :- offenders convicted named and put on website with details of offense committed and videoed apology. (They where good enough to violate society - so society can know what they did. Accountable and responsible). We'll even let gps location be seen publically.
f) punishment fits the crime: magistrates or judges are now fully accountable to society - their power is under strict guidelines determines %- truthful or lying on sentence.
eg:unprovoked "coward punch" first offence not causing injury - 5 years
"Coward punch" causing death treated in same vein as murder.
Remember this system drives accountability and responsibility for our actions, if the offender lies badly or says nothing (remains silent) then he get a bonus 30% added on to mandatory sentence. I have a lot more to this system but I'll leave it there, it's very fair but it is now all back on the offender and his outcome or destiny is driven by his actions as he is now fully responsible and accountable. Obviously minor crimes are appropriately fined etc the main premise here is that we shift focus now to protect the good and innocent people where they have rights and the criminal looses his...... Ok nice dream lol lol it would certainly bring criminal law inline or above with traffic act in NSW! Lol lol
g) Probation and parole board: Are accountable, responsible as well s liable for decisions, they will monitor gps system and liaise with police.

Media:- will now report truth and be given full details of offenders name behavior, crime etc they report costs offender has to repay ........victim suppressed unless they wish otherwise (see the reverse here victim has rights criminal none, criminal forfeits them by deviating away from society norms). By using media we are also educating and sending a strong signal out there to do the right thing or cop the consequence of your action.
H) garnished wages to repay victims

Seriously though:- There needs to be wholistic approach by our society to address this situation of "cowards punch" there is no quick fix here, nothing that these politicians are trying is going to work. It goes back to education in schools and homes - common sense gets restored. In doing so we also address all other crimes as well especially if we approach it correctly all society wins.

Hehehe also Civil rights persons before they are able to apply for the job they must complete a couple of reality check courses, obtaining 2 years relevant experience (reality check) working with victims of violent crimes, rape victims including a 3mths work experience ride along with police experiencing from 7pm to 4am with police in BANKSTOWN or other Sh1ty station that's busy and violent. Here they can be repeatedly be confronted with these innocent, poor misunderstood, individuals that have had a terrible experience that society is to blame (angry man). Mr civil rights must talk to them with police only stepping in to avert serious injury to him!!! Ohh since the streets are so safe - go by THEMSELVES down Local mall (Bankstown) late at night to an ATM in his suit and tie and let him be a real victim. Then the maximum security prison stint - here he can do a live in three month orientation with all those sweet innocent misunderstood individuals that the system and society have let down.... Oh well throw in the extra complimentary soap - plenty!!! Lol lol Then weekly interview of victims, death messages where they can tell the victims family that the poor misunderstood individual really wasn't to blame he had a terrible home life, and offer advice to a grieving family that "maybe your daughter at 17 shouldn't have been on a train at 8.30am going to school and she'd be alive today!!!!" Don't forget the weekly inspections of deaths at morgue of violent crime and traffic carnage...... Oh most importantly, they have to move from Cremorne point and Mosman (rich privileged area) and live in housing commission low socio economic area for this two year work experience period. Oh they can also use the public transport system from Macquarie Fields to Bankstown to do the police work experience component!!! Then they can dictate all they like about civil blinky rights!!! Lol lol lol

BUSHBASHER I agree with you! Something is very wrong with our society starting with political correctness that has gone way to far and is now undermining our societies core, it is deaf to logic and common sense!!! Incredible .....sad really to hear that, but they let it go and ignore it they as they are exempt under the PC act! You or me we'd be hung drawn and quartered, don't they call that positive discrimination if I recall correctly? They won't touch them because of the stolen generation, they are all running scared, wait till they are held accountable for not removing and protecting them the next time things change ...... I better stop there so I don't cross the PC line lol lol lol but they should ban ALL Alcohol to start with from my humble experiences. Your right Dave we all have our opinions unfortunately I have to keep mine to myself but there is an "element" that cant be fixed and they should never be released but the powers that be deem their fit to go and we have no say in the matter, interesting those in the power have never worked in a prison but they have excellent degree's and I'm sure they mean well, but then so did Hitler lol seriously all they have to do is talk to the grass roots (US) and they'll learn more in 5 min's than all the books on the planet, wont happen though their all in glass cases cushioned from the reality and if you dare say anything your a whistle blower or worse, no you cant run ANY kind of business unless you know it from the inside out and the fact is they rely on Management who are all yes men so nothing changes because their all too scared to say no that wont work you need to do otherwise ..............

Not at all, little traffic, granted in an Emergency they might get some other than that they are disconnected from their community. Qld Police have under 46,000 followers, QLD Fires and emergency services 10,000 followers, QLD health 7500 followers....... Hmmmm How many people living in QLD???????? they have nothing to generate traffic, nor a system to target audiences in a meaningful and relevant way. They are not part of a sustainable social ecosystem, they are still Siloed and disconnected. We did a white paper touching on national digital economies and creating self sustainable, communities. Unfortunately this link falls very short.

Cheers, laws need to be thoroughly reviewed and a new system implemented on current ones, we are still running on a system with origins back from Alfred the Great centuries ago! There would be a couple of safety nets requiring definitions of what the spirit of that law is about and a common sense law that floats above it and applied as a safety mechanism whether it is right or not. A new act would be created called the ACCOUNTABLE AND RESPONSIBLY ACT, relating to ALL sectors, Govt. Business, Communities, general public etc that reinstalls this common sense at the forefront! (had to whip that dead horse again! Lol). Laws that are no longer relevant would be repealed. Unfortunately in Australia we are becoming over regulated and a going down the litigation path of America. A lot of groups are using our own system to undermine our society. Good example is terrorism, terrorists are afforded full access to legal system of that country. Sorry, know this isn't politically correct but enough is enough, previously in war if enemy solders were caught out of uniform behind enemy lines they where shot immediately, why is this form of attack and action against innocence within our society any different and why do we accept it? Like those characters who hacked to death that unarmed solider on a London street or those suicide bombers or other terrorist acts killing innocent people. Why should they be afforded and enjoy the safety of our legal and political system, they use our system against us yet they claim to be solders and freedom fighters belonging to organised militant groups??? Sound silly? I could just image them saying "look worst that can happen we can kill a few innocents! send out our message as their media will market our message world wide across all stations and mediums for free! let's send them a tape too! Cost us nothing great impact?? if we get caught we get a warm bed, food, free legal, play the hard done by repressed card, or let's get caught and say "blah blah" and use their free marketing system they offer that a corporation would pay billions for to get our message out there, lets use there system against them. If we get killed we get to claim our 40 virgins or we go to heaven or we go whatever their religion or beliefs decree them! Lol lol.
Remember when we used to say only in a Americal....well some could now be mistaken to insert Australia in there. Sadly the stupidity we are allowing to happen here is ridiculous and at times comical - had some good belly laughs so I wouldn't cry relating to some work related claims for example:- Lass that tried to claim work related injuries from having sex in a hotel room whilst on a work trip, when a lamp hit her head in the Act, mind you she wasn't a prostitute but getting amorous after dinner and drinks.... You, being in the force, probably don't get the pleasure of sitting on a jury. There you would see all the criminals and dregs of society perverting the course of justice. No, not the one in the dock, the one's in gowns and wigs I mean!!! I was empaneled for the trial of a kiddy fiddler. Thirty something charges over five years on three girls under 8yrs. The severity ran the full gamut up to digital rape. He only got caught when he tried it on a cop's daughter who came over to play!
The legal "professionals" decided to drop several, so we were left with twenty something, of which we convicted on about nineteen. All through the trial there was mention of kiddy porn on computers at this lowlife's workplace (and you think what happened at ADFA was shocking? You don't know half..), but not once did we see one image or computer in evidence. In the end all we had was the video evidence of three girls who were trying to describe what happened to them years before when they were aged 4yrs or so. So we did as instructed and used our CDF, life experience and sense of fairness to convict on the charges we could "beyond reasonable doubt". He got 91/2 out of a possible 14yrs I think, but he probably got out after 6 or 7 (as usual). I hope he made some intimate friends while he was in there. We wondered a lot during the trial about this porn that was allegedly being passed around, but we never twigged. After the trial I discovered that he had plead guilty to possession (and probably sealed so we did not know about it) so then it could not be used at this trial. The judiciary bang on and on about how important the jurors job is in the process, then withhold pertinent evidence from the jurors. If you want me to render a JUST Verdict, then FFS give me ALL of the evidence!!!!

What's that joke about the guy that rings four or five times about a noisy out of control party and the cops don't come. So he rings again and says there's a madman armed with a gun threatening to shoot members of the public. The cops suddenly turn up looking for the gunman. When he tells them there is no gunman he gets nicked for a false report.
