  • Next Accessory - What should it be?

    Hi all,

I'm having trouble to choosing the next bolt on thingy for the truck...
I got two options and contantly keep changing my mind what to get next
so I need a little help!!! - may be pros and cons ...

Should it be a winch or suspension upgrade(I already got bilsteins)?
By the end of poll I'll go for the option with the most votes  ops:

Stan, A reverse camera and if you have a van get one for it too.

Very handy for seeing whats right behind and to each side.

You have to weigh it up as to how much 4x4 driving you do.
If you do heaps, then go full steam ahead with the suspension regardless of which brand.
Then why not get the winch later anyway as it looks like you have most other things.

I think I must have been too quick to answer as I see you have lovels and billys on the list
Are these not good enough for your exploits, or are they old and past their used by date.

            Na Plucker,

Stan has the cash ready to spend.. The fox shocks are very new, state of the art gear.. very, very custom gear..

Very nice.. That's why he is weighing up the options.

            Cheers,
Are these fox shocks the ducks nuts so to speak

From I purely selfish point of view - go the Fox shocks. I want to read a report on how they compare to the Billies.

Yeah, I had bilsteins for 3 years now and they have been excellent and are still perform as good as the day I put them in. It's just Fox shocks suppose to be so much better

OMG, your list of mods etc. is too long to read now. I have a winch (cheapie) and I wasn't sure I'd use it but I love it the once in a while I use it. Good to know it's there when you might need it.

Matt, take cost of bilsteins x 2 for a package.

                          My vote is FOX SHOX!.
If only 'cause I want to see a write up on these latest "foxy" babies.

You can then flog the 2nd hand Billies and get yourself a winch (or maybe just enough for the synthetic winch rope).

ATS might do a "demo" deal for you if it leads to a flood of PP orders.

                          Cheers - Byrnsie

Well the only problem I can see with getting Fox Racing Shox is
that the next thing I need is a turbocharger so that the car can keep
up with the suspension
