    Log In a Error - Help Needed!!

    Hi All,

    To the Site Admin or Moderators,

    I am having trouble logging In to this site on my PC since at least June last year.

    I have tried to get assistance from the Contact us tab located at the bottom of the page 3 times over the past 6 weeks, but no success. I am only able to reply by using my IPad.

    Every time I try to log In I get. a VBulletin Error incorrect Redirect URL http://pradopoint.com

    This also causes me another issue, being unable to reply to threads, as my dialogue boxes appear at the top of each topic, and means I am unable to type a single letter.

    Need help ASAP, as if help isn't forthcoming I will quit this forum, and cease any promotions of this forum as well!

    I get this sometimes as well but I just put my login details in again at the top of that screen and then it works. Other trick was to press back and sometimes it would then have me logged in. Weird.

        Joking aside I too have requested help twice from the Mods but still no answer, am I asking the wrong people or maybe on holidays ?

              Try Piggy for admin issues. I'm a moderator and can help escalate the issue but I have limited access to admin type issues.

                Try TP via PM first, I spoke to Aaron (prado-admin) briefly on Friday and he has had some personal family issues going on. He may be a bit distracted at the moment to get straight back to you.

                    Also check if you're using an old favourite, thin with one of the updates the url changed subtlety. I had problems logging in a while ago, tried just typing in pradopoint.com and logged in there, then made a new favourite and its been fine since.

                    Hope this helps

                        HI All,

                        I have managed to sort of fix the problem, but the fix now causes another issue.

                        The fix was to load and operate Google Chrome, instead of IE9 which I was using with Windows Vista.

                        But this now causes another small issue with logging In.

                        That is when you type in the password, it is suppose to be covered by *****, however mine now shows my password instead.
                        By doing so, creates an another Vbulletin error, which sends me to a Dialogue box middle screen, which asks me to retye Usename and Password, and reminding me that I have 1 of 5 attempts remaining before being locked out.

                        When I Enter my password on that Dialogue Box, it works and I have gain Entry into the Forum with Full access and able to reply to post the way it should be.

                            I think I had a similar issue with Firefox, so I told it to remember my login for here.

                            Problem fixed for me....

                              Had the same problem when I bought a new lap top.
                              I hadn't logged out on the computer and could not log in on the laptop at the same time.
                              And admin never got back to me, I figured it out after months when I went back to the computer and logged out.
                              So you can only be logged in on one device so remember to log out if swapping.
