Just thought I'd send a public thanks to bainbridge (baintech) - the distributors of ctek in Australia.
About 2 years and 3 months ago I purchased an expensive mx25 ctek charger from elecau via eBay.
The charger is advertised as a commercial quality charger. I just purchased it to top up my quad bike and camper trailer batteries. It's probably charged 10 times since I purchased it. Unfortunately it died 3 months out of warranty so I contacted autoelecau ( the eBay seller) and they put me into baintech in QLD as they are the importer/ distributor in Australia. I explained the situation and ended up sending the charger to them. After a few days they advised me that ctek would replace it for me free of charge.
I received the new charger today and thought it was worth a mention.
I would have been disappointed had they not replaced it and would have taken it further given that it had virtually no use, but it was great that they didn't make me go through all that crap.
Would buy their products again based on this experience.
