Cleaning up rust

I have some obvious rust on my exhaust manifold as well as on the spring (and few other places) on my camper.

I have been researching the various methods to dissolve the rust using a chemical reaction and then protecting the metal from further rust.

Inoxa has been recommended - does this clean as well as protect? Can't seem to get the low down by reading their product site.

Is that inox you mean or inoxa. I use penetrol myself.
