I have a 2012 Altitude and when I import my phone's contacts into the onboard phone system, they stay for a few days and then disappear again. Has anyone else had this issue and was it able to be rectified? It almost seems like a software problem to me.

I have the same model car, not a problem at all.
What phone do you have? I use an iphone 5.Geoff
Im not Bogged - I've just lost traction. . . . . and now I'm showing the wife why I bought those Maxtrax, and the tyre deflator, and the compressor, and the bullbar, and the winch, and a lot of other goodies I've hidden in the Prado

I have a Nokia Lumia paired, no problems with the phone contacts.
What about preset radio channels and stuff ? Do you have to reset them as well?2012 Altitude TD Auto - Silver

I have mine & partners phone paired and it syncs with the first phone in range and not had any issues with contacts loading up. From memory you can have up to 4 phones paired.Originally posted by BlakMoth View PostIs anyone else driving the car? Maybe their contacts are getting synced and wiping yours.
Do you have another phone you can pair and check ? It could be an App/setting on the phone as well ??2012 Altitude TD Auto - Silver
