Its great to hear from someone with actual experience. Seems there was nothing more than a simple explanation to our salesman's agitation. From recollection, the car had no accessories ... wonder how he explained the 40 odd ks we added to it :lol: But he'd lost my trust and we ended up buying a used vehicle off another dealer :lol: :lol:
The reason I asked was to check that there was no more "complex" explanation to Ray's experience. Sounds like nothing much to worry about other than getting a fix and/or compensation for the minor damage.
