      A little thing or two...
      • Cruise control that indicates the three states it can be in: Off, Available, Set. At the moment, Available and Set show up the same.[/*:m:1d5h1hwv]
      • Cruise-buttons built-in to the steering wheel.[/*:m:1d5h1hwv]
      • Get rid of the low-range gear stick and replace it with a switch. (I know, I know - some people love handling their sticks )[/*:m:1d5h1hwv]

Proper cup holders, not ones that can be filled with other stuff.

Second the request for one touch single wiper.

              Decent bash plates underneath.

yes, i agree, it's hard to find somewhere to put a drink when the other half fills it up with keys and wallets!

Being an Old Bugger with dicky knees I would like to see a Footrest at about the height of the throttle pedal on the Righthand side. This would make using the Cruise Control so much safer!!

                          Hi All,

                          I wish list is:

Electric Fold In Mirrors - STD on all Models. (These were Std on my 98 Model SE Jackaroo 3.0L Diesel.)

3rd Row Electric Window Controls from Drivers Area - To open window in 3rd Row.

Adjustable Seats - Seat Cushion Height and Tilt Adjustment on GXL models. (These were STD on my 03 Nissan Patrol ST Wagon)

                          HID Headlights with Washer Wipers.

2 Fuel Tank Gauges in one Unit. - So you can see whats in the Sub Tank at all Times. - Makes it easier to see what you have or don't have in the tank. (Again, this was Std on my Nissan Patrol)

Sterring Wheel Mounted Cruise Control with Memory. (Autron had one for my Nissan and it was excellent. You can turn the engine off, and then on again and you could hit resume and it would resume the previously set speed. The Toyota one is crap!!

Reverse lights mounted lower, so they are usable. The current one are too high up to be of any use at night.

Rear Mounted High Intense Fog Lights.

                          External Radio Aerial.

                          Thats my list for now.

I wonder if Toyota reads forums like this and puts any thought to adding some of the common sense requests to the next new model?

There are some damn good ideas on here :!:

Hi PradoGXL08, why do you want an external aerial? Wouldnt it get ripped off when you are off the black stuff :?:
