Very interesting, two ways to look at this, $35 revenue raising or $35 might keep some of the idiots off the beach that come across from time to time, that fly along their at ridiculas speeds when their is kids around.

The toll wouldn't worry me if it was implemented in the same manner as the weekly/yearly fee on Bribie Island. If the toll was a reasonable $x per year I would certainly be prepared to pay it, providing the money is used locally and is accountable.
