Prado v 6 4.0 litre crank / camshaft correlation error

Above engine code has the aforementioned error.

Is there a possible issue with VVT causing this ?

Toyota agent says stretched timing chain.

Possible oil gallery blocked on VVT adjustment ?

How does the VVT work ?

Any suggestions much appreciated.
