Depends if you have Electronic Stability Control (ESC), or not.

It depends whether you have stability control or not. No ESC and you are allowed +50mm on tyres and +50mm through suspension without engineering approval.

Give us the year and detail spec. Auto etc. 120 GXLs had ESC as part of an option pack. Higher grade models had ESC standard. If you have ESC and this applies to 150s as well you need to talk with the supplier/installer. Under QCOP any modifications need to meet particular requirements which essentially mean that the ESC performance is not compromised and that is where the supplier comes in. ARB and TJM have 'approved' suspension. Others may have as well I haven't investigated that far. With ESC you cannot go larger with tyres unless that tyre size was tested in conjunction with the suspension or optional on the same model. Bit more to it than that do if you see up to it you can find the QCOP and ADRs on line and sit back and have a read.

Pre Sept 06? If you have ABS and DAC you will have ESC too. Post up a pic of the area in front of the gear levers.

biggest lift with out compliance is 75mm being a combination of suspension and tyres, 75mm to 125mm requires certification/blue plating.

A body lift always requires certification.

When you say TJM and ARB have approved suspension what does that mean in terms of who approved it?

there are no certified suspension packages for a Prado as in a GVM modification or upgrade (QLD we can do GVM upgrades post registration)

I didn't mention a GVM upgrade. Both TJM and ARB will give you in writing that their packages comply with the latest legislation. If you want specific details best talk to them.

That is what I said but this only applies to vehicles without ESC.
