Since I haven't had a response to my pm. My email(s) went straight to spam. As I am camping for the next two weeks and internetting on a pad using tin cans and string I cannot access my spam folder. Thus I will run out of time to redress this issue. Suggestions?

You should be able to access your spam folder in the accounts area on an iPad. Mine has access to all sub areas in email accounts.Originally posted by mjrandom View Post

No can do. I get a notification that I have received an email from X and that it is rated a number which puts it in spam. At work I can send an email to release the folder and then pick up which emails I want but I cannot access through webmail or away from the office or site servers. Found my email in the junk folder when after i read this. First email about the calendar comp and subscription renewal came to inbox, Calendar info went to spam. The difference is the ones that worked were shown as from "Pradopoint Admin" the junked ones came from gxl@pradopoint
