How to remove Prado Roof Rails

Hey Prado Pointers,

I made this how to video on removing the roof rails on my Prado.
I'm sure it comes up from time to time but I could only find a written guide online.

Great vid mate, very helpful.
I have been wondering what is so "hard" about taking the rails off. Everyone seems to want to sell clamp on bars but i want to use 3 bars to put a tray on and awning. Has to be much more stable and better load capability the clamping to rails.
