oil leak on my 120

hi can any one tell me what this is called ( see picture ) its leaking oil and is it a big job to fix thanks for your help

Is it coming from the rubber boot its a CV I don't think it's hard to change but then iv never done one yet lol

Looks like an oil seal gone.
Had one go on a 120. Bit tricky to get right.
