08 Prado GXL - glove box light

Mine doesn't have a light, but was reading some where they do.

Im at work atm so can't check, but are they meant to have a glove box light?

it might have just fallen out. Pop the plastic trim off above the glove box, there are 2 screws at the top and also pull the kick panel off under the glove box at your feet and there are 2 screws there. The whole glovebox will then fall out. You will see the plug at the top where the light should plug into and also a plug on the left side which is the button which activates when the glove box light turns on. If you search on here there will be pictures somewhere but it is very easy.
