Thursday morning and you'll be pushing it for the caravan park but if you're self sufficient for toilets and showers, there's a massive bit of ground just out of town you can stay at on the way to the races. The bus will pick you up there for the races too. Only issue is if you want to drink heaps in town. Then you might want a designated driver. Don't be tempted to risk it as the cops will be out in force.

We came in on the Tuesday night and we were relegated to the rocks and broken glass overflow section at the caravan park. The ones who came in the next day had to beat down the thistles down by the river bank and camp on top. By the wednesday arvo though they were turning people away.

It was a top few days though. Definitely a spectacle to be seen.
