Gme tx 6150

Thinking of getting a handheld GME TX6150. Comes as a package with an external mount antenna for $278. For the amount I will use it, I reckon this may be the way to go. Thoughts? Any good? Negatives?

I have one without the antenna and think it is great. I have it as a second radio and when I go walking or riding from the car I leave the car UHF on (gme 3120s) so I can contact the mrs if I need to (or vis versa if the kids do soemthing stupid). I went the 6150 (5watt) for the extra range when mountain biking etc.
