fuel knocking sound in 120 series prado with 5LE diesel engine

Hi. I am from Suva Fiji islands and just 2 months ago I bought a 2005 model diesel prado with non turbo 5Le engine and mileage of 60000km. the vehicles running fine with no engine miss. Start up is normal, engine is not smoking. recently I started to notice slight fuel knocking sound when accelerating and going uphill. whenever I am stable on the accelerator or going downhill this sound is not there. I have already changed air filter, fuel filter, engine oil and oil filter and even changed my fuel but still no change. I was thinking about the fuel injection pump timing but I need some advice before going on to this.

Mate ive never heard of a 120 prado running a non turbo deisel engine.. that might be something you shoulf take to Toyota to look at.
