  • Good prado mechanics in Darwin?

Hi, i'm Joel and am new to the forum,
I am getting my Prado 120 ready for a 7 week trip to cape york and wanting to find a good mechanic in Darwin to do a final check and wheel bearings. My previous mechanic did a dodgy and left us out of pocket and left us high and dry in the middle of the bush due to dodgy workmanship (fuel injector came out and blew a hole in the rocket cover).
Bridge toyota are seriously expensive but i've heard they are reliable?
is their any darwin prado owners who can recommend a reliable mechanic?

    Much appreciated

    Joel

G'Day Joel and welcome. Toyota are expensive and their work is a hit and miss for what you pay for. I found Darwin 4x4 to be good.

Joel, Mate I just had my prado serviced buy Lukies autos in Winnellie. Other than that I have not heard any bad things about Pauls auto service in Winnellie either.

          Hey mate,

welcome to the forum. I go to Darwin 4x4 for both my 4wd's. I haven't had a problem with them.
